At Nepenthes, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain exclusive releases and archive pieces may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the arrival, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
